A former resident of the Clifton Park area of OhioLakeOhio, Michelle began regularly visiting Naples, Florida during the early 1980’s while working for the Oxford Development Company as a commercial property manager. Later, she worked in the capacity of Marketing Manager and Leasing Agent at the ExpoMart in Pittsburgh, PA. Oxford real estate properties include the Aventura Mall, Turnberry Isle and The Bell Tower of Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to permanently moving to Naples, Florida in 1998, Michelle was a Principal of the Dirigiste I.M. Company based in Cleveland, Ohio and was involved in the development of proprietary commercial real estate in Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Oregon, Washington and Florida. Michelle also was the President and Owner of Artifacts By Design that developed and designed Restaurant Interior Concepts for National and International Major Franchisors and Franchisees. Michelle also was the principal owner of Events By Design. Michelle joined managing Broker Brenda Fioretti at Prudential Florida WCI Realty in 2004 and throughout the years has remained with Brenda at BHHS Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty.
Since 1998, Michelle has developed a Unique Perspective on the Naples Real Estate Market due to her experiences as an interior design coordinator for the Gulf Bay Group, the second largest developer in Collier County. Her experiences includ site acquisition, design, construction and interior design of personal multi- million dollar residences. Her marketing and advertising experiences have proven invaluable in promoting Naples Real Estate. Michelle has her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) ; is a Fine Homes Specialist, a 1031 Exchange Specialist, Brookfield Global Relocation Specialist, BHHS Luxury Collections Specialist.
